A starting point for a less automatic day
When vaping happens whenever your hand reaches for your device, the day can blur together. A schedule offers a different way to look at that routine: a set of planned sessions that you can see, record and review.
In Vape Break, you answer a short questionnaire about your habits to create a starting plan. That plan has scheduled breaks and puff limits. It gives you a structure for recording your day; it is not a medical prescription or a promise that you will quit within a set number of days.
What is in a planned break?
Each break has a time and a puff limit. The time places the session in your day. The limit lets you compare what you record with what was planned. When you start a break, the manual puff counter keeps the count visible.
The limit is not something you need to use up. You can end a session before reaching it. A planned session is also not an instruction to vape if you do not want to.
How the pieces fit together
| Part of your plan | What it does |
|---|---|
| Scheduled time | Gives each planned break a place in your routine. |
| Puff limit | Shows a ceiling alongside your recorded session count. |
| Completed record | Keeps the session available in your progress history. |
| Emergency Break | Lets you log a session outside the schedule. |
Adjust the plan as your routine changes
In Vape Break, you can change a break’s time, lower its puff limit, add a session or switch off one you no longer need. You can also create a new plan from the questionnaire.
The app does not automatically lower your limits every day. You make those changes. That distinction matters: the schedule is a tool you control, rather than an automatic course running in the background.
Leave room for the day that actually happens
Some days will look different from your schedule. You can use an Emergency Break to record an unplanned session instead of leaving it out of your history. That gives you more information when you next review your patterns.
Look at the context around the session, not just the number. Was the time awkward? Did your routine change? Would a different plan be easier to follow? The app keeps your records together so you can ask those questions with something concrete in front of you.
Review, reflect, then choose your next step
Your vape tracker shows the sessions and puffs you have recorded. Use that history to understand your routine over time. If your goal is to quit nicotine, a healthcare professional can help you choose appropriate support. Vape Break can record your habits, but it cannot determine the right treatment or reduction pace for you.
