Your history is information, not a score

It is easy to look at one difficult day and feel as though it tells the whole story. A vape tracker helps you step back. It brings recorded sessions together so you can see more than the moment you remember most clearly.

Vape Break keeps a history of the puffs and sessions you log. Charts and a calendar help you explore those records over time. They show what you entered in the app; they do not monitor your vape automatically.

Three things your tracker can show

1. Your recorded puff counts

The puff chart brings together the counts from your completed sessions. It can help you see which recorded days involved more or fewer puffs. For that comparison to mean much, it helps to log sessions consistently. An empty day is not proof of a vape-free day.

2. Sessions and their limits

You can compare recorded puffs with the limits associated with your logged sessions. This is a way to see how those sessions went relative to your plan. The target shown in a chart may reflect completed, recorded sessions rather than every break originally scheduled for that day.

3. Time since the last logged session

The timer starts from your last recorded session. It lets you recognize the pauses between sessions and watch a longer stretch grow. Because it relies on your logs, it cannot detect an unrecorded session or another form of nicotine use.

A timer is not a health measurement. Elapsed time and recorded puff counts do not measure your nicotine level, lung function or physical recovery.

Look for patterns you can actually use

Try starting with one question rather than every chart at once. For example, are your afternoon sessions usually longer than your morning sessions? Do the same days of the week look different? Which planned breaks do you often finish early?

The point is to notice your own routine. A chart does not need to go down in a perfectly straight line to contain useful information. When a day looks unusual, consider whether something changed in your routine or in what you recorded.

Keep the picture as complete as you can

Use the puff counter during the sessions you choose to record. Emergency Breaks let you log sessions outside your schedule. Those records belong in the picture too.

Your plan and session history are stored on your device. The app does not require an account to start tracking. Avoid treating local storage as a backup: removing an app or changing devices can affect what is available.

Let the history inform your next step

Once you notice a pattern, you can revisit your daily schedule and puff limits. Vape Break provides controls for editing that plan. You decide which adjustments to make; the charts do not automatically change your schedule.

If you are working toward quitting nicotine, use appropriate support alongside your records. A healthcare professional can advise on nicotine dependence. Vape Break is a tool for seeing your habits more clearly, not a guarantee of a particular result.
